How to Change Currency Rates

Users within specific roles have the ability to change the currency rates within the system.

1. Select the Admin category then Currency Rates:

2. Locate the currency rate by using the Search fields and select Search or hit Enter on your keyboard to view the record:

From the list of currency rates, double click on the grey are to left of the From Currency column to open the record, as shown:

The screen will look like this:

3. Enter the new Rate within the Rate field:

4. Select Close.

The Currency Rate has now been updated in the system.
